You must be 18+ and legally able to authorize Services at your location.

4. Service Areas

 

Services are available in select Dubai locations. Unsafe or inaccessible locations may require cancellation or rescheduling.

​

5. Bookings & Appointments

​

  • Booking accepted via website, phone, WhatsApp, or Fresha customer app.

  • Confirmation is issued via Fresha customer app, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

  • A 20–30 minute arrival window may apply due to traffic.

  • Client must ensure safe access and proper service environment.

​

6. Pricing & Payments

​

  • All prices are fixed by service and add-ons.

  • Accepted payments: cash, card (debit/credit card), online payments and through Fresha booking app.

  • VAT applies (5%).

​

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show

​

  • Cancellation more than 3 hours before: Free

  • Cancellation in less than 3 hours: 30% charge

  • Cancellation at arrival or area access denied: 100% charge

  • Customer No-show after 15 minutes: 100% charge

  • Reschedule up to 2 hours prior (subject to availability).

​

8. Customer Responsibilities

​

  • Provide accurate information including personal details and address.

  • Ensure clean and safe environment.

  • Disclose allergies, conditions, and sensitivities.

  • Keep children/pets supervised.

​

9. Health, Safety & Hygiene

​

We follow Dubai Municipality hygiene standards. Clients must disclose any communicable or scalp conditions.

 

10. Service Satisfaction & Refunds

​

  • Report service issues immediately or within 24 hours.

  • Refunds issued at Hairenzo’s discretion.

  • No refunds for preference-based dissatisfaction after service completion.

​

11. Privacy & Data Use

​

Personal information is managed in compliance with UAE data protection laws. No unauthorized sharing.

​

12. Intellectual Property

​

All Hairenzo materials are protected and may not be reproduced without permission.

​

13. Liability

​

  • Hairenzo not liable for allergies due to undisclosed conditions or pre-existing hair/scalp issues.

  • Maximum liability = amount paid for the service.

14. Right to Refuse Service

​

We may refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, inappropriate behaviour, or policy violations.

​

15. Force Majeure

​

Hairenzo is not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events (traffic, weather, emergencies, regulations).

16. Amendments

​

Terms & conditions may be updated at any time.

​

17. Governing Law

​

Governed by Dubai and UAE federal laws. Disputes resolved through Dubai courts.

1. Cancellation by Client

​

  • More than 3 hours before appointment: No charge,

  • Less than 3 hours: 30% of service fee,

  • Cancellation upon staff arrival/no access: 100% charge.

​

2. No-Show Policy

​

If staff arrive and cannot contact you or access the premises within 10–15 minutes, the full amount is charged.

​

3. Rescheduling

​

  • Rescheduling accepted up to 3 hours before appointment time,

  • Within 2 hours: subject to availability + possible fee.

​

4. Cancellation by Hairenzo

​

If Hairenzo cancels due to emergencies, operational issues, or safety concerns, clients will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free reschedule

​

5. Refunds

​

Refunds are issued only in these cases:

  • Service not delivered due to Hairenzo

  • Proven service quality issues (reviewed by management)

  • Duplicate payment

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction based on preference

  • Issues caused by undisclosed allergies or conditions

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment channel or bank.

By booking services with Hairenzo LLC S.O.C (“Hairenzo”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Consent

​

You authorize Hairenzo to provide grooming services at your chosen location.

​

2. Health Disclosure

​

You confirm that:

  • You do not have communicable diseases affecting skin or scalp.

  • You have disclosed all allergies, sensitivities, and relevant medical conditions.

You accept responsibility for any adverse reaction resulting from undisclosed information.

​

3. Premises Condition

​

You agree to provide:

  • A clean, safe environment

  • Sufficient lighting and ventilation

  • Safe access for staff and equipment

​

4. Liability Waiver

​

You release Hairenzo from liability for:

  • Allergic reactions from undisclosed conditions

  • Pre-existing scalp or hair damage

  • Injuries caused by unsafe premises

  • Damage to personal property unless due to staff negligence

​

5. Behavioural Agreement

​

You agree to treat staff respectfully.
Inappropriate behaviour, violence or aggression allows Hairenzo to terminate the service immediately with full charges applied.

​

6. Media Consent

​

Photographs or videos may only be taken and used with your explicit consent.

​

7. Acceptance

​

Your booking confirms your acceptance of this agreement.

1. Professional Behaviour

​

Staff must:

  • Arrive on time to client’s chosen location in Dubai,

  • Maintain respectful and courteous conduct,

  • Follow grooming and uniform requirements,

  • Speak professionally at all times.

​

2. Hygiene Standards

​

Staff must:

  • Sanitize tools before/after each service,

  • Maintain personal hygiene,

  • Follow Dubai Municipality hygiene rules.

​

3. Safety

​

Staff must:

  • Inspect client environment for safety and hazard risks, 

  • Use PPE as required,

  • No smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol within the vehicle, 

  • Refuse service when hygiene or safety is compromised,

  • Ensure salon cleanliness at the end of each business day.

​

4. Service Quality

​

Staff must:

  • Perform services as trained,

  • Follow Hairenzo service protocols,

  • Listen to client requirements and confirm before starting,

  • Must wear face mask during appointments.

​

5. Confidentiality

​

Staff shall never share client:

  • Personal information,

  • Location details,

  • Photos or videos (unless permission is granted).

​

6. No Misconduct

​

Zero tolerance for:

  • Harassment

  • Violence

  • Deliberate property damage 

  • Discrimination

  • Theft

  • Substance uses during work

  • Inappropriate conversation or behaviour

​

7. Reporting

​

Staff must report any safety, compliance, or client issues to management immediately.
